Bluff Street Task Force Committee
The Bluff Street Task Force works to seek community input in the development of plans to transform the derilect land adjacent to the Mississippi River, Riverview Tower, and River Bluff Co-op into a neighborhod amenity. The area is currently owned by the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board.

The LRT Safety Committee is working on getting lighting and signage for the Cedar-Riverside Hiawatha Line Light Rail station.

Neighborhood Relations Committee
The Neighborhood Relations Committee works to determine goals and outcomes, plan for, and evaluate community gatherings.  The committee assesses measurable outcomes and provides recommendations for improving participation in terms of numbers as well as diversity in age, cultures, etc.

Neighborhood Revitalization Program (NRP) Steering Committee - Disbanded
As of May 1, 2008, the Cedar-Riverside NRP process is being administered by the new independent organization called the Cedar Riverside NRP Board (CR NRP).  The WBCC will post NRP related announcments on its webpage for the benefit of the community.
The Cedar-Riverside Neighborhood Revitalization Program (CR NRP) Board of Directorsoversees the NRP process in the Cedar-Riverside neighborhood. The CR NRP is currently in the process of implementing the strategies outlined in the Cedar-Riverside NRP Action PLan.

NRP Housing, Economic Development and Infrastructure Work Group
This Work Groups works on the development and implementation of the Housing, Economic Development and Infrastructure strategies in the NRP First Step Plan.Development and implementation of NRP home loan and home improvement loans and housing related NRP strategies.

Safety Committee
The Safety Committee works to decrease all types of crimes and increase the safety of the residents, visitors and businesses of the Cedar-Riverside neighborhood. This committee is organizing Block Clubs and coordinating meetings with Minneapolis Polic Department SAFE officers.
